Returns:
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for hygiene reasons, so please place orders carefully. However, we want you to be happy with your order.
Defective items:
Please check your shipment carefully when it arrives. If there are any problems with your order, please contact us via the contact for or at shop@liliesandrosesny.com within 7 days of receipt. For broken items, please include a photo of the item. We will do what we can to make it right.
If bought from a retail store that carries our brand, please contact the store first if the headband is defective.
