Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

Orders with ground shipping placed by 2pm EST M-F will ship out within 48 hours from our warehouse in Queens, NY. Orders with Next Day and 2nd Day Air shipping placed by 2pm EST M-F will ship out the same day. Orders placed after 2pm EST will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday and over the weekend will be shipped out the following Monday. Orders are shipped UPS Ground or Express. You may indicate your choice of shipping at checkout. Please allow 5-7 business days for ground shipping, depending on your location!

Please note that shipping times may vary when our warehouse is closed during holidays. Please note as well that due to a heavy volume of orders, there may be a delay in shipping during launches and sale periods.

All grounds orders over $50 ship free with using code FREESHIP at checkout. All ground orders under $50 have a shipping cost of $5. Priority shipping is calculated based on your order total and location.

All online orders are shipped from our warehouse in Queens, NY.

Returns:

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for hygiene reasons, so please place orders carefully.

Defective items:

Please check your shipment carefully when it arrives. If there are any problems with your order, please contact us via the contact for or at shop@liliesandrosesny.com within 7 days of receipt. For broken items, please include a photo of the item. We will do what we can to make it right.

If bought from a retail store that carries our brand, please contact the store first if the headband is defective.
